Different companies have different ways of managing things. So, there can’t be two companies that have the exact same interview process. That said, many of the questions that are asked in job interviews are common to all irrespective of their industries. So, it’s a good idea to do some homework on these questions and prepare in advance.

This is one of the first questions that you will get and you can answer it in many different ways. Just don’t talk about irrelevant things like your hobbies, social life, etc. Instead, focus on your academic performance and work experience. For instance, you can talk about certain subjects that you are good at, and the projects that you have worked on in the past. You can also share something about your personality that makes you a good candidate for a workplace.

When interviewers ask this question, they want to see if you are a responsible person who plans ahead. They also want to see if you are going to stick around for a long time. So, one way you can answer this question is by saying that you want to learn more and more in that particular company and possibly take a lead on some projects.
