1 cr Jobs Could be Created by MSME Sector in 4-5 Years, Says Report

According to a report by Nomura Research Institute (NRI Consulting & Solutions), micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) may create up to 1 crore jobs in the next 4-5 year largely through partial submission of imports.
The report said that it’s important that the manufacturing sector in India takes the responsibility of accommodating the shift of labor from agriculture and also manages the added labor force. It also said that MSMEs manufacturing certain products like scientific instruments, sports goods, rubber, textile machinery, etc. can create lots of new job opportunities.
