140 Startups Incubated by IIT Bombay’s SINE in 15 Years

As many as 140 startups were incubated by the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in the past 15 years. Director of the apex institute, Subhasis Chaudhuri, who was speaking at the 57th convocation ceremony said that these startups gave rise to 360 entrepreneurs who in turn provided jobs to 3,600 individuals.

The Department of Science and Technology, Government of India has selected SINE as “Center of Excellence”.
