17 Out of 20 Fastest-Growing Cities to be In India Between 2019-2035, Says Report

According to a study by Oxford Economics, India will be home to the highest number of fastest growing cities in the world in the next 16 years. It said that between 2019 and 2035, 17 of the 20 fastest-growing cities in the world will be in India. It will be topped by Surat followed by Agra. Other cities on the list will be Chennai, Rajkot, Nagpur, Tirupur, and Vijayawada.
The report said that the cities that will observe the highest GDP growth in India by 2035 will be Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. The topper Bengaluru is projected to enjoy a GDP growth of 8.5% which will make it the number one city in the world in terms of GDP growth.
