8 Officials to Address GST Queries on Twitter

The finance ministry has delegated the responsibility of handling Goods and Services Tax (GST)-queries on Twitter as well as via email to 8 tax officials.
The chosen tax officials, all of which are assistant commissioners including Anshika Agarwal, Rajni Sharma, Heera Lal, etc. have been asked to start the process immediately.
A senior official from the finance ministry said that the decision to appoint the officials was taken after considering the fact that they have been receiving a large number of GST queries on the social media platforms.
