Aadhaar Helped Identify 3 cr Fake Ration Cards, CR Chaudhary Says

Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Distribution, CR Chaudhary said as many as 3 crore fake ration cards were identified under the NDA government in 3 years due to Aadhaar. This saved around 17,000 crores every year during the period, he added.
Chaudhary said that e-governance can improve the “ease of doing business” across the nation and attract foreign investments.
