Apple Issuing Virtual Credit Cards Through Invitation-Only Channel

This Tuesday, software giant Apple started issuing virtual credit cards under a partnership with Goldman Sachs Group Inc to diversify from device sales and set up a new consumer business with the Wall Street bank.
Apple cards were announced back in March this year to grow business with iPhone owners by offering a credit card with a 2% cash back on purchases with the Apple Pay service. It’s focusing on data privacy and also offering payment service at no additional fees.
