Axis Bank Joins Hands with NGO Srijan to Train IIM Passouts

Private sector Axis Bank has partnered with NGO Srijan to mentor talent for the development sector under an initiative called the Buddha Fellowship Programme.

Under the programme, the bank will train 15 graduates who were selected by Srijan from the Indian Institutes of Management at Shillong, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.

Axis Bank Foundation CEO Jacob Ninan said that the development sector needs “high-quality talent” just like the corporate sector, considering that the problems in it are equally complex.
