Ayushman Bharat Scheme: 1 Lakh Subscribers Joined in 1 Month

India’s largest healthcare scheme Ayushman Bharat scheme is gaining huge popularity across the country. In its first month itself, it saw over 1 lakh beneficiaries availing the benefits. Union health minister Jagat Prakash Nadda recently tweeted that a 46-year-old from MP became the 1,00,000th beneficiary of the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
The national healthcare scheme is targeting more than 50 crore beneficiaries across India and offers ₹5 lakhs worth of insurance coverage to eligible households.
