Bank of Baroda and Kotak Mahindra Bank exit Equifax services

Both Banks, Bank of Baroda and Kotak Mahindra Prime announced on the 15th of January that they will be selling their equity stake in Equifax services.
They are selling a complete equity stake in Equifax which is a global data, analytics, and technology company.
Bank of Baroda and Kotak Mahindra Prime which are the fully owned subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank sold their equity shares for 10% and 5.56%.
