Business Efficiency to Improve on Back of Culture, Vision, and Technology Combined: Report

According to joint research by WHU- Otto Beisheim School of Management and Oracle, business efficiency increases by 66.66% when the right technology is used with 7 key factors. These factors are shared the digital vision, learning the culture, data-driven decision making, critical thinking & questioning, open communication & collaboration, learning the culture, and entrepreneurial culture.
The research said that many companies invest in the right technologies but aren’t able to enjoy the benefits due to the lack of behaviors, skills, and culture.
The research is based on the inputs provided by 5,600 employers and 850 HR Directors from 23 countries around the world.
