Citibank Sells Land to TIL Healthcare for Rs. 80 Crores

Private sector Citibank has sold an important land parcel that comprises of office space in the central business district of Chennai to TIL healthcare for Rs.80 crores.
Sources said that the deal was finalized last month and now the land is finally registered in the name of TIL healthcare, which is also the city’s largest healthcare firm.
The land, which was sold as a part of the lender’s real estate monetizing plan, includes a commercial space of 62,000 sq.ft. that was once the office space of the bank.
