Dena Bank Plans to Offer Cheapest Home Loan at 8.25%

Public sector Dena Bank announced that it will offer home loans at 8.25% which beats the current lowest rate of 8.30% offered by the State Bank of India. The latter had announced the lowest rate earlier this month itself.
Dena Bank is starting a “retail loan carnival” today which will continue until the end of the year. Under this, it will offer loans at interest rates ranging from 8.25% to 9% up to December 31, 2017.
Vehicle loans and home loans are the main areas of focus of the carnival.
