Digital Economy Will Create 7 Million Jobs: Ravi Shankar

Yesterday, Electronics and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that India’s growing digital economy will help create job opportunities for as many as 70 lakh youths of the country by the year 2020.
Prasad was speaking at the Digital Haryana Summit yesterday when he emphasized the government’s commitment towards job growth in the country, adding that technology will play a big role in the same. He also commended the launch of the cybersecurity policy by the state of Haryana which is the first in the country to implement such policy.
