ED, CBI, Take Action Against Rotomac Directors

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has booked the directors of Rotomac Pen on charges of wilful defaulting on Rs. 3,695 crores worth of loans. These are Vikram Kothari, his wife Sadhana Kothari, and son Rahul Kothari.
Although no arrests have been made yet, the office premises of the company have been sealed, a CBI spokesperson said.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on its end has also registered a case against the Kothari family.
A case was filed by the Bank of Baroda against Rotomac Pen in which it declared the company a wilful defaulter.
