Energy Giants Propose Rs. 5,000 cr Investment in UP Solar Power

The Uttar Pradesh government has now something to cheer for, as the top energy companies including Azure Power, Essel Infraprojects Ltd., and Adani Power are interested in setting up their solar projects in the state.
The three energy giants have proposed to invest Rs. 5,000 crores in the space which aligns with Yogi Adityanath’s objective to create 10,700 MW of solar energy in the next 5 years with a private investment of Rs. 5,000 crores.
