Gas Pipelines to be Spread Across Country with ₹700 bn Investment, Says Dharmendra Pradhan
Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan said that the government is looking to spend ₹700 billion to expand gas pipeline connectivity across the country. He said that a plan to expand the network to Myanmar via Bangladesh is also underway. 

Pradhan was present at the 19th National Conference on Corrosion Control when he said that the Centre wants to push a gas-based economy which requires a wide coverage of natural gas pipelines in different corners of the country.
