General Election 2019: Congress Promises Single-Window System for Education Loans if Voted to Power

This Sunday, Congress President Rahul Gandhi promised the introduction of a single-window system for student loans and free education to students in Class 1 to 12 in government schools across the country if his party is voted to power.
Gandhi said that his party will establish new universities in backward areas of the country and roll out a new “Student Rights Law” that will highlight the rights and responsibilities of the students.
