Gold Prices Take a Hit from Subdued Demand

As inventors and stockists lose interest in gold, the prices have started to drop.
At the bullion market in Mumbai, standard gold lowered by Rs. 120 per 10 grams to Rs. 29,675 from Thursday’s rate of Rs. 29,795. Pure gold (99.9 purity) also dipped by the same margin to Rs. 29,825 from Rs. 29,945 recorded Thursday.
Just like Gold, Silver is also observing a fall in value as it dipped by Rs. 85 per kg to Rs. 39,855 from Rs. 39,940 recorded earlier.
