Government Expects to Finalize Roadmap for MSME Bad Loans by March

Union Minister Giriraj Singh said that the center expects to finish the bad loans resolution roadmap for the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by March this year.
Singh said that the finance ministry officials have been meeting with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and working on a roadmap to address the bad loans resting with the MSMEs. He also said that the Prime Minister’s Employment Guarantee Programme which aims at increasing the credit flow to the MSMEs delivered satisfactory results in the trial run and is likely to be taken forward.
