Government to take Government-e-Market portal to Next Level in 6 Months

Partnering with the IT company Intelligent Design Arena, the commerce ministry has decided to make the Government-e-Market portal more efficient and useful in the coming six months.
The portal was launched last year in the month of August, which makes it one year old now, to facilitate the purchase of goods and services by the central government departments.
According to a government official, the upgraded portal will have many new features such as contract management, product categorization, refund and rejection policy, etc.
