HDFC Customers Can Now Use Google Assistant for Banking Queries

The customers of the private sector HDFC Bank can now ask their banking products-related questions with Google Assistant, the virtual assistant software that’s pre-installed on the majority of Android smartphones.
Google Assistant is now working with HDFC Bank’s own Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot “Eva” to offer a unique service as per which a customer can get their queries answered with a simple voice command “Ok Google, talk to HDFC Bank”.
“Eva” was developed by Senseforth AI Research, a Bengaluru-based tech firm, and is claimed to have answered more than 5 million queries with an accuracy higher than 85%.
