HSBC India Investment Banking Head Sunil Sanghai Quits

Sunil Sanghai, who is the investment banking head and vice chairman of the foreign bank HSBC has quit to ink a pact with the tax and regulatory company Dhruva Advisors that plans to set up a merchant banking division.

Sources said that Sanghai who was with HSBC since 2010 and took the current position in March 2016, quit on August 28. On the other hand, one of the Dhruva’s spokespersons said that they will start the joint venture by the end of September.
