Huawei Wants Hurdles for 5G Spectrum Removed in India

Chinese top mobile phone manufacturer Huawei said that India needs to remove the hurdles for 5G spectrum for it to enjoy success in the country. Huawei Executive Director David Wang, who was speaking at the Huawei Global Analysts Summit 2019 said that his company “would like to see India become more attractive in terms of 5G”. However, he said that if the problems existing in the 4G spectrum are present in 5G spectrum too, then it may come in the way of growth. Similarly, Deputy Chairman Ken Hu said that the problems of 4G made it difficult for the telecom operators to make profits.
