IBBI Lays Out Guidelines for Filing of Complaints Under Insolvency Law

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), which is governing and regulating the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code has released the details of the process of complaints’ filing.  These guidelines apply to all debtors, creditors, and services providers.

Under the resolution framework, a stakeholder can file a complaint while mentioning the “suffering” they have undergone, how the service provider brought about it on them, details about the efforts on their end, and how the problem can be addressed.

All complaints can be filed with a specified form along with a fee of Rs. 2,500.
