India Corruption Survey: 75% Households Feel Corruption Increased

According to a new “India Corruption Study”, as many as 75% households in 13 states feel that the corruption level has increased or stayed the same in the past year.

The study is based on 2,000 households in more than 200 rural and urban regions in 13 states including Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Bengal, etc. It was conducted by the Centre For Media Studies and covered 11 public services viz. banking services, police, school education, electricity and water supply, etc.
