Investments in early-stage enterprises catering to tech adoption
Interests in early phase enterprises catering innovation adoption among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in 2020 expanded to $51 million across nine deals from $6 million of every 2019 as investors jumped onto the chance including digitization of SMEs to improve their business productivity in the Covid period. 
 
Interests in such new businesses focusing on enhanced use of innovation among SMEs represented 16 percent of the absolute tech interest in 2020 up from 3 percent a year ago. The absolute ventures remained at $331 million across 34 deals in 2020 in contrast with $188 million across 43 deals, as per a report on effect interests in 2020. 
 
Among top new businesses, which focused on the SME innovation sub-section, bringing capital up in 2020 included PagarBook, FloBiz, and Salesken. In general, impact enterprises raised around $2.6 billion across 243 value deals and saw 13 effective ways out in 2020, the report named India Impact Investment Trends by India Impact Investors Council (IIC) added.
