Consumers can buy products by ordering on WhatsApp Chatbot by sending a simple message. Users can place the order by using the given link. Once the order is placed users will get the details of the transaction in the message box.
JioMart executive delivers the product at the customer’s home, and the customers can enroll in the program called Jio Prime Shop. In the current situation, Kirana stores serve limited to inventory on the JioMart Platform.
Reliance JioMart platform which started last year is bringing more & more Kirana stores on its platform by procuring directly by Reliance Market, its B2B cash, and carry e-marketplace.
