Jobs Creation Should be Key Focus of Government, Says Bimal Jalan

Former RBI Governor Bimal Jalan said that the government must focus on creating jobs in the country. He said that the NDA government has the majority today which is why it can take tough decisions, adding that the long-term prospects for economic growth were good.
Jalan said that enough jobs aren’t created today and that the banks are also struggling with bad loans.
