L&T Infotech acquired Cuelogic in $8.4mn deal L&T Infotech Ltd. is acquring Pune-based Cuelogic Technologies in a $8.4-million deal, as it hopes to take advantage of the market opportunity introduced by digital engineering.
Cuelogic will be incorporated with the advanced act of the L&T Group firm.
