Modi Govt Joins Hands with Nasscom to Upskill IT Professionals Across Nation

In a bid to equip the IT workforce in India with better skills, the central government signed an agreement with the National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) this Monday.
As per the deal, the Ministry of Electronics and IT will provide training to around 1 million IT professionals for their upskilling.
With Futureskills, a cloud-based learning program launched by Nasscom, the IT professionals will be able to educate themselves about 8 major areas of the industry viz. robotic process automation, Internet of Things, Virtual Realty, etc.
