More Than Half of Working Professionals Will Switch Careers for Personal Satisfaction, Says Survey

According to a new Career Pathways Survey that was conducted by LinkedIn, 57% of professionals will consider changing careers to grab their dream jobs. It also found that one in three professionals in India feel they are sleepwalking in their careers and moving with no sense of purpose.
While the majority of professionals wish to pursue fulfilling careers, job designation and salary are two major factors that are forcing them to choose other options, 51% of the respondents said.
