Muthoot Finance’s subsidiary Muthoot HomeFin has announced Puranirman Kerala, a special loan scheme that offers affordable home improvement loans to the Keralites who have suffered massive losses due to the recent floods.
The scheme offers loans for the reconstruction or renovation of homes in the flood-affected areas of Kerala. Its documentation process is kept simple and long tenures are allowed for easy repayment.
Muthoot Finance’s Managing Director, George Alexander Muthoot said that the home improvement scheme has been announced to provide a helping hand to the people in Kerala. He said that the loan amount can vary from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh.
