Name of States that Don’t Have RERA Sought by RBI

This Thursday, the government was directed by the Supreme Court to compile a list of states where the RERA Authority doesn’t exist yet.
The apex court was recently informed that RERA still doesn’t exist in many states, and even where it does exist, there is the absence of proper implementation. It was also informed that in many states, government officers are appointed only on a temporary basis.
At present, proxy authorities are present in many states. A tribunal is also not constituted in many states yet.
