New-Age Talent on the Radar of PSBs as They Look to Expand Business
Top public-sector banks (PSBs) including SBI, Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank, etc. have ramped up their recruitment drives as they look to hire as many as 1 lakh individuals this financial year to fill the roles of new-age banking processes. Some of the key areas that they are focusing on include digital and customer services, analytics, wealth management, etc.

The PSBs are working towards business expansion in an industry that’s becoming extremely competitive lately. They also have more officers than clerks now (only 20% of the employees today).
