NSDC, Muthoot to Train 10,000 Youth Under PMKVY Programme

Muthoot Fincorp Limited has joined hands with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to offer skill training to more than 10,000 youngsters in India over the next 3 years under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). NDFC has set a target of 3,000 youth during the first year, and 3,500 for the second year and the third year.
Muthoot said that it will appoint 80% of trained youth for regular positions in its own business after their successful training and assessment.
The training program will make the candidates job-ready for the NBFC sector.
