OYO, Acko General Insurance Join Hands to Offer Insurance to Guests

This Monday, hospitality giant OYO said it looks to offer complimentary insurance cover to its guests and for that, it’s joined hands with ACKO General Insurance. The former said that it will provide insurance for accidental medical expenses, baggage loss, and accidental death for the entire duration of the stay of the customers in select cities.
Gaurav Ajmera, who is the COO, OYO Hotels & Homes India & South Asia, said that customer experience is the company’s highest priority and that it will take a step in that direction by rolling out complimentary insurance covers to the customers.
