People can soon deposit cash at any ATM

The National Payments Corporation of India is pushing top banks to make deposits an interoperable feature in ATMs.
This interoperable deposit system may help reduce the currency handling of the entire banking system.
This would make it easier for people to deposit cash at any ATM and not stand in queues in banks or only search for available deposit system of certain banks.
