People Prefer Face-to-Face Shopping Over Online Shopping Even with Cards: Visa

Although people have started using digital methods of payment a lot more now after the note-ban, they still prefer to shop on a real-time or face-to-face basis, a recent study by Visa says.
According to the study, observing the overall sales during the Diwali season this year, 70% people shopped with their cards on a face-to-face basis while only 30% shopped online with the same. This trend was largely observed in tier II and tier III cities.
