PhonePe Expecting Surge in Transactions This IPL Season with Dream 11

PhonePe which teamed up Dream 11 earlier in February and has been enjoying threefold month-on-month growth in transactions ever since said that it expects tenfold growth this IPL season. Director of online business Ankit Gaur said that the company is already seeing growth in transactions as the early days of IPL are here. He also said that the company is highly optimistic about fantasy sports in India and aims to be bullish in this space.
PhonePe is the first payment company that’s offering UPI payment service on Dream 11 that has over 50 million users today.
