Radiant Creates India’s Third Largest Hospital Chain with Acquisition of Max Healthcare

This Friday, KKR-backed Radiant Life Care said that it’s completed the acquisition of 49.7% stake in Max Healthcare from Life Healthcare. Now, Abhay Soi who is the promoter of hospital chain Radiant Life Care will assume the role of Chairman of Max Healthcare’s Board and Executive Council.
Radiant’s equity investment in Max Healthcare makes it possible for KKR and Soi to work together and combine their health care assets in Radiant, Max India, and Max Healthcare and build the country’s third largest hospital chain.
