Rajasthan Nearing 100 Percent Financial Inclusion, Says American Report

According to a recent report by a top American think-tank, Rajasthan is approaching a 100% financial inclusion, thanks to the introduction of a variety of digital modes for the delivery of social welfare schemes benefits.
The report ‘Household Perception and Impact of Bhamashah and Digital Governance Reforms in Rajasthan’ which is compiled by the Center for Global Development and Microsave, said that more than 40% of the respondents think that the new digital delivery system is better than the old one.
It also said that women are especially happy as they were more affected than men due to corruption issues that are prevalent in the Public Distribution System (PDS).
