Rakesh Singh Appointed as the Head of HDFC Bank’s Private Banking

Private sector HDFC Bank said it has appointed Rakesh Singh as its head of private banking. He will oversee the lender’s capital markets, investment banking, and financial institutions businesses, it said in a recent statement.

The lender said that private banking is its “award-winning, premium wealth management service” that focuses on the high net worth (NHW), and ultra high net worth individuals and establishments. It also covers its exclusive imperia banking scheme that offers special banking services to the private banking clients.
