Rediffusion launches Red Lab

Rediffusion Brand Solutions has announced the launch of its specific consumer research and analysis wing called Rediffusion Consumer Lab (Red Lab).

This unit will have practical experience in buyer understanding, customer conduct and pattern spotting to think of noteworthy business insight which can then lead to brand solutions. Red Lab will report Navonil Chatterjee, joint president Rediffusion.

Diwan Arun Nanda, administrator, Rediffusion Group, said, “I have consistently put stock in the force of brands, and brand building is tied in with looking past the present moment and focusing on the long haul. It includes understanding consumer behaviour and once in a while, in any event, changing customer habits. That is conceivable just through noteworthy, information upheld knowledge and not lose assumptions and vague gut feelings. Also, Red Lab will be that voice of wise counsel for our client partners and prospects”.
