Reliance to set small stores in cities to ease delivery

Reliance is now planning to set up small outlets called “Reliance Smart Points”.
They are looking to open thousands of such outlets as part of its omnichannel play.
These smart points will measure around 500 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft.
These stores will be used as hyper-local delivery and the consumers can also order online and pick up.
Reliance has already established a few outlets in Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan.
