RIL’s to acquire Future Group’s key businesses

Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd. (RRVL) will procure Future Group’s retail, discount, logistics, and warehousing organizations for ₹24,713 crores, the Reliance Industries auxiliary said in a delivery. The much-anticipated arrangement among RIL and Future Group stretched its go-beyond on Saturday following an executive gathering of Future Enterprises Ltd (FEL).

The all-cash deal has been completed on a droop deal premise, said a media proclamation by RIL. Mint, with its 11 June report, was the first to state that Reliance Retail was in cutting edge conversations to procure these organizations from the obligation loaded Future Group.
