Route Mobile partnered Truecaller

Route Mobile Limited, the cloud communication platform service providers on Monday reported a technology partnership with caller ID platform Truecaller.

Route Mobile gives cloud communication platform service to enterprises, absurd (“OTT”) players, and mobile network operators. With the new partnership, Route Mobile will give enhanced business identification services to enterprises for a more reliable business communication ecosystem.

The organization will use Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID and configuration capabilities to help enterprises increment their client outreach and servicing efforts and improve response rates.

This feature will likewise allow organizations to customize the alert with logos and contextual information about their business, allowing their clients to get the complete context before deciding to act upon the call.
