Satin Creditcare Network to Raise Rs. 205 cr From IndusInd Bank, Shareholders

Microfinance lender Satin Creditcare Network is in talks with the private sector IndusInd Bank as well as its shareholders in a bid to raise Rs. 205 crores through fixed income securities and equity.

The Asian Development Bank-backed lender aims at growing its capital base and promote growth with the investment.

Currently, it’s the second largest microfinance institution in the country with a loan portfolio of almost Rs. 4,000 crores on a standalone basis.
