SBI Chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya Calls for Financial Inclusion

SBI Chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya said that India has taken a number of steps to ensure that the common man has access to financial services through financial inclusion. She also emphasized on the government, banking sector, and the technology providers working together.
Bhattacharya, who was addressing at Bloomberg Global Business Forum recently, said that financial inclusion has four major aspects, which are accessibility, affordability, quality, and usability. She pointed out the Unified Payment Interface that’s used for easy payments as an example.
