Select PSB Bank Union Groups May Go on Strike on December 27

Multiple sections of the bank unions have decided to go on a strike on December 27 as they demand the early implementation of the wage revision for the employees of IDBI bank.
Not taking any chances, several public-sector banks, including Vijaya Bank and State Bank of India have already informed their customers about potential inconveniences, should the strike materialize.
The wage revision for the IDBI bank employees has been reportedly pending since 2012.
